Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Location: Chesapeake, VA (Indian Creek Correctional Center)

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 7:45 am - 4:45 pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Pay: $70,000-$75,000 annually

    • Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and management
  • Conduct clinical record reviews
  • Supervise clinical personnel
  • Ensure program activities occur as scheduled
  • Train counseling personnel
  • Address participant issues
  • Collaborate with Virginia Department of Corrections


    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services
  • State Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC)
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in Cognitive Therapeutic Community model preferred
  • Experience in correctional environments a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
