We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support, case management, and advocacy services to individuals, families, and groups experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. This role involves developing treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring clients receive the necessary resources for their well-being. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
Conduct psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop treatment plans.
Assist clients in navigating healthcare systems, social services, and community resources.
Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Advocate for clients to ensure they receive appropriate support and services.
Educate clients and families on coping strategies, mental health conditions, and available resources.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices.
Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in State/Region .
Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions, case management, and crisis intervention.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ethical and culturally competent practice.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with diverse populations or at-risk groups.
Training in specific therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation best practices.
Familiarity with social service programs, public benefits, and community resources.
