Behavioral Health Clinical Social Worker - Part-time or Full-time and Hybrid Location: Westlake Schedule: M-F (No evenings or weekends) Achievement Centers for Children is a Cleveland, Ohio-based non-profit organization that is nationally recognized for its excellence in helping children and their families achieve and thrive. Our team is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Social Worker within the Family Support Services Department, part-time or full-time and hybrid schedule is available. The employee will have the capability to work from home 2 to 3 days a week. Responsibilities: Provides psychosocial assessments, including ability to diagnose psychological, behavioral and emotional disorders. Conducts screenings through client/family interviews. Provides behavioral health counseling and interventions based on clients needs identified within Individualized Service Plan. Collaborate with internal and/or external service providers to support progress toward identified goals and objectives within Individualized Service Plan. Facilitates community linkages, outreach, education, advocacy and networking to promote and enhance behavioral health programming and services. Provides consultation, education, advocacy, and community outreach services, as requested. Completes any/all required documentation accurately within expected timelines. Requirements and Qualifications: Masters Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program. Active licensure in the State of Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker Minimum of (3) year of successful experience working directly with individuals with mental health challenges or emotional disturbances and complex family systems through providing individual, family and/or group counseling in a clinical setting. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, time-management and organizational skills.
