Full time, Monday through Friday based out of our Office in Hershey, PA. This position requires significant travel to our regional campuses throughout PA and Frederick, MD.

Clinical Services Specialist Job Responsibilities:
• Provides clinical leadership and acts as a resource expert for regional sites.
• Assures corporate strategic objectives and standards of practice are maintained at company sites.
• Assures comprehensive effective and efficient provision of care for our residents.
• Assures that regulatory standards and company policies and procedures are followed by the nursing department.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of DHS regulations and all regulations pertaining to resident care.
• Assists with development of plans for nursing department process improvement and ensures education and training to staff members.
• Works collaboratively with DONs/ADONs to ensure documentation reflects care provided and meets legal requirements
Clinical Services Specialist Job Qualifications:
• Registered nurse, licensed in PA.
• Must have five (5) years plus experience in a health care setting.
• BSN required, MSN preferred.
• Progressive nursing leadership experience required.
• Experience with the senior population is a plus.
• Project management experience.
• Able to travel throughout Central PA daily. This position requires significant regional travel. A company car may be provided or mileage will be reimbursed.
