Responsibilities:
- The Site Manager oversees clinical research activities, ensuring patient-centered leadership and operational efficiency.
- They manage the site's finances and oversee the proper execution of clinical trial protocols.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and company policies are followed in all aspects of clinical trials.
- Managing multiple Phase II to Phase IV trials including site selection, start-up, monitoring, patient recruitment, and study close-out.
- Supervising and training staff to ensure they meet required qualifications.
- Setting performance expectations and guidelines for site staff.
- Addressing issues and providing corrective actions as necessary.
- Handling site inventory, supplies, and materials.
- Collaborating with Commercial team to complete Feasibility Questionnaires accurately and promptly.
- Working closely with clinical staff and Principal Investigator to resolve study and quality issues.
- Representing organization positively in communications with Sponsors, CROs, and IRBs.
- Driving successful patient recruitment efforts and ongoing outreach to meet study goals
