POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees clinical nursing services in Behavioral Health Services, collaborating with the Director and Medical Staff to enhance care quality and patient satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current R.N. license in New Mexico or Compact license; BLS and relevant certifications required. SKILLS: Strong clinical and leadership abilities, effective communication, analytical skills, problem-solving, team motivation, and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years in clinical behavioral health; 2 years in management. NATURE OF SUPERVISION: Reports to Director, Med-Surg and BHS.
ENVIRONMENT: Clean, well-ventilated, smoke-free.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to manage stressful relationships and adapt to schedule changes.
