Hillcrest Health and Living is currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our leadership team at Hillcrest Country Estates the Cottages in Papillion, NE.
The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for the clinical coordination of the post-acute guest beginning with the guest's admission and the coordination of care through the transition (discharge process). They are also responsible for the leadership of the clinical team.

What are my responsibilities?

• Ensure each guest's needs and preferences are met (compliance with call lights, infection control logs updated, fall prevention program in place, care plans and nurse tech care plans are updated and accurate, wound rounds completed weekly).

• Supervises and leads the nursing teams to ensure the Rehab Cottage is adequately staffed. Assists in determining departmental staffing needs and evaluating nursing team member's performance.

• Responsible to complete rounds at least daily on all guests in the Cottage.

• Ensure care paths are being implemented and that the tools are being analyzed and updated as needed.

• Ensure the Cottage is prepared for new admissions, including all equipment in the suite, the receiving nurse has completed a nurse to nurse report with the hospital and that the team members are prepared to meet new guest on arrival.
What do I need to be considered?

• STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).

• At least two years' experience in a skilled nursing, acute, or post-acute setting required.

• At least two years' supervisory experience in a skilled nursing, acute, or post-acute setting preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

• Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a Registered Nurse.
