  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, and digital media
  • Use data and analytics tools to identify trends and inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing assets
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop content that aligns with field needs and business goals
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all content and channels
  • Maintain adherence to relevant industry standards and quality systems

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or a regulated industry
  • Strong experience in downstream marketing, particularly in creating clinical content for healthcare professionals
  • Familiarity with promotional review processes and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, and data analytics tools (e.g., MedScout, AcuityMD)
  • Experience supporting a field sales organization a plus

Ideal Attributes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on results and execution
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, EU MDR) is a plus
