LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Clinical Manager of Children & Family Services for our office in Jeffersonville, IN . This position will provide direct client care as well as support and supervise all clinical staff including Care Managers. This position will coordinate with front office staff for the day to day function of the program. An Indiana LCSW and experience with children and families is required to ensure supervision for LSW and LMHCA staff working toward licensure. Supervisory experience, background and training in child/adolescent evidence based practices (EBP), and experience with coordinating and monitoring MOU's and/or contracts is highly preferred. An electronic medical record is used so computer literacy is also required.
