Not-for-profit Home Health & Hospice provider in Western Washington State seeks a Clinical Manager to support their team covering residents of King and Pierce Counties. If you're an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) in WA, this could be the job for you.
This job requires candidates to be a Registered Nurses in Washington State (RN in WA) and to have previous supervisory experience in either a Home Health or a Hospice company setting.

Ideal candidates will bring
- Registered Nurse license in Washington State (RN in WA)
- Prior experience in Home Health &/or Hospice
- Experience as a supervisor or manager in a clinical setting
- Stable tenure in prior jobs, ideally at least 2-3 years or more per company
- Excellent communication skill with an ability to engage people of various backgrounds and express clear expectations
- Computer savvy, ability to quickly document activity in a database
- A gift for mentoring and educating others
- Caring heart for the needs of seniors
