POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU), collaborating with the Director and Medical Staff to enhance care quality and patient satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current New Mexico R.N. license, BLS certification, and preferred national certification in expertise area.
- SKILLS: Strong clinical and leadership abilities, effective communication, analytical skills, problem-solving, team motivation, planning, and organizational skills.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years in clinical roles, with 2 years in management.
- NATURE OF SUPERVISION: Reports to Director, Patient Care Services.
- ENVIRONMENT: Clean, well-ventilated, smoke-free; exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift 50 lbs; flexible working hours.
