POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in Pediatrics, collaborating with the Chief Nursing Executive and Medical Staff to enhance care quality and patient satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current NM RN license, BLS, NRP, and PALS or ENPC certifications required. SKILLS: Strong clinical and leadership abilities, effective communication, analytical skills, problem-solving, team motivation, and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years in clinical pediatrics or women s services, with 2 years in management. NATURE OF SUPERVISION: Reports to Chief Nursing Executive.
ENVIRONMENT: Clean, well-ventilated, smoke-free; subject to stressful relationships.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Flexibility in hours and ability to communicate effectively.
