Clinical Manager

•  Responsible for clinical oversight and leadership for assigned recovery programs, ensuring trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and participant-driven service delivery.
•  Supervises and trains clinical staff, provides 10% direct care, supports crisis intervention, and ensures compliance with state/federal guidelines.
•  Facilitates staff supervision, program audits, and staff development; collaborates with managers and HR on hiring and performance management.
•  Requires a master's degree, AK clinical license, and supervisory certifications, with experience in behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and multidisciplinary teams.
