Clinical Licensed Social Worker

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides compassionate psychosocial support to hospice patients and families on Maui, working evenings and weekends.
•  Responsibilities include assessing patient and family needs, offering counseling, crisis intervention, education on advanced directives, and collaborating with the care team to develop individualized care plans.
•  Candidates must have a Master s in social work, current clinical license, at least 1 year of healthcare or hospice experience, and a valid driver s license with insured vehicle.
•  Compensation is $85 per regular visit, with additional pay for initial assessments, mileage reimbursement, and benefits like health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and more.
•  This role involves on-the-road work, emphasizing dignity and quality of life for terminally ill patients in their homes.
