Clinical Licensed Social Worker

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) role is a part-time position requiring weekdays and occasional weekends, focused on providing comprehensive social work services within a hospice or palliative care setting on Oahu Island, HI.
•  Responsibilities include assessing patient psychosocial status, conducting family evaluations, offering crisis intervention, and educating on cultural needs and advanced directives.
•  The LCSW maintains clinical records, facilitates community referrals, supports care planning, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
•  Qualifications include a master's degree in social work, current LCSW license, at least one year of healthcare or hospice experience, and a valid driver s license.
