Purosearch are working with a family run care provider to recruit an experienced registered nurse to join their Nursing Home in Morriston. The service provides specialist dementia and end of life nursing care. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding care provider who will support the development of your career.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership experience as a clinical lead or deputy manager
2. Support in the day to day running of the home and staff management
3. Experience completing assessments and audits
4. Manage medication
5. Management of clinical compliance

Additional Duties:

1. Oversee clinical compliance
2. Medication management
3. Change in care plans
4. Development of clinical care
5. Staff training

Minimum Requirements:

1. Valid NMC PIN RGN or RMN
2. Background in dementia care
3. 3 years + nursing home experience
4. Good communication skills
