About the Company - Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a leading Health & Human Services Company who provide specialized care to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a qualified Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations across multiple Enhanced Behavioral Support Homes (EBSH) in the San Diego area. The ideal candidate will be either residing in the San Diego area or willing to relocate, with the ability to travel daily within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical guidance and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and DSPs
- Coordinate and ensure comprehensive clinical support across 5+ adult group homes
- Uphold and monitor clinical standards to ensure the highest quality of care
- Supervise a dedicated team of 6 BCBAs, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence
- Develop, facilitate, and enhance training programs tailored for staff to improve service delivery
- Communicate updates and clinical successes effectively to stakeholders and funders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a BCBA
- 1+ year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience working with individuals exhibiting severe behavior
- Strong management skills, including experience in leading and mentoring direct reports
- Must possess the ability to travel locally on a frequent basis to support group homes effectively
