The Opportunity:

This is a pivotal leadership role at a Level II Trauma Center, overseeing a high-impact portfolio that includes:

  • Emergency Department
  • Critical Care
  • Stepdown (DOU)
  • Trauma Program
  • Pre-Hospital Services

You'll report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and work alongside an accomplished team of five direct-report managers. This is an opportunity to:

  • Drive innovation and best practices across emergency and critical care services.
  • Enhance quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing clinical culture

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Master's and Bachelor's degrees required, one of which must be in Nursing; Doctorate preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead complex clinical operations and drive performance improvement.
