Clinical Director

At Enlightened Recovery, we provide exceptional medical and clinical services in the field of Substance Use Disorders and medical health. We are seeking a full time Clinical Director to oversee clinical services in both our detox and our residential setting. This position is responsible for the oversight of all clinical operations. This role includes managing a multi-disciplinary clinical team, providing strong leadership to the team, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The Clinical Director maintains a thorough understanding of organizational functions and oversees all clinical activities to uphold the highest standards of care.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years management setting familiarity, with continuous Quality Improvement, JCAHO standards.

Education/Licensure/Certification

Required: Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or health-related field and maintains respective licensure:

LP, LPC, LMFT, LMSW

AND

CADC, CAADC, CCS (preferred), or CCS-Development Plan

Current CPR certification provided

Security Measures and Clearance

State and Federal Background Check, Education verification, prior employment verification, pre-employment drug screen and physical, and License Verification.
