Role Description
This is a Full time on-site role for a Clinical Director at Clearfork Academy. The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of the facility, provide clinical supervision to staff, lead therapy sessions, and ensure the implementation of evidence-based practices. The role involves close collaboration with the treatment team to create comprehensive care plans for each resident.
Qualifications
- RTC - SUD and Mental Health expertise
- Experience in Clinical Supervision and Psychology
- Strong background in Behavioral Health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team
- LCSW or Licensed Professional Counselor, Supervisor Preferred
- Experience working with adolescent populations
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
