As a Permanent Clinical Director, you will be at the helm of our dynamic healthcare team, steering the organization towards excellence in patient care. Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing clinical operations: As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of superior patient care.
2. Strategic planning: You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans, setting the direction for the organization's clinical services.
3. Quality improvement: You will lead efforts to continuously improve the quality of care, implementing evidence-based practices and monitoring key performance indicators.
4. Staff management: You will manage a large team of healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
5. Compliance: You will ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of patient safety and ethical conduct.
6. Collaboration: You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, administrators, and patients, to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of IVF-Fertility Experience.
2. Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry. Experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.
3. Leadership skills: You must have a proven track record of leading a team to achieve outstanding results. You should be able to inspire and motivate your team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
4. Strategic thinking: The ability to develop and implement strategic plans is crucial in this role. You should have a keen understanding of the healthcare landscape and be able to anticipate and respond to changes.
5. Communication skills: Exceptional communication skills are essential. You should be able to clearly convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders, from healthcare professionals to patients.
6. Regulatory knowledge: A deep understanding of healthcare regulations and standards is required. You should be able to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant requirements.
7. Problem-solving skills: You should be a creative problem solver, able to navigate complex challenges and make sound decisions under pressure.
