Position: Clinical Data Management Resource Coordinator

This role is responsible for the overall resourcing for the transition of key Data Management processes and technology across a large portfolio of studies. The coordinator will ensure close coordination with both internal and external partners to effectively resource Programmers, Validators, Technical Designers, Data Team Leads, and Data Managers for over 100 resources. The role involves leading the transition team to align resource allocation with study timelines, monitoring progress, and highlighting resourcing risks. The ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including sponsors and external partners, is essential. This dynamic position requires supporting, delivering, analyzing, negotiating, influencing, and reporting within a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:
  1. Gather project resourcing requirements through discussions and communication with stakeholders.
  2. Identify resourcing risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate proactively.
  3. Ensure appropriate resource assignment based on demand across functions.
  4. Communicate resourcing assignments during project transitions.
  5. Develop resourcing reports and tools to align requirements with activities.
  6. Monitor project progress to identify resourcing needs and change order requirements.
  7. Lead cross-company resourcing efforts in collaboration with sponsors and external teams.
  8. Lead meetings with internal and external parties as needed.
  9. Complete required trainings and eSOP readings.
  10. Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  11. Manage work assignments and resourcing requirements with excellent coordination and project management skills.
  12. Maintain strong organizational and customer management skills.
  13. Perform other duties as directed by the Line Manager.
  14. Knowledge of Data Management is beneficial but not essential.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or related fields.
  • Experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience managing multiple project deliveries.
  • Experience in customer negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
