We are seeking a Clinical Admin Specialist for our Lehi or Provo, UT office. This position will be an integral part of our team where you will work cross-functionally to provide administrative support, ensuring effective optimization of our offices and enhancing the overall patient experience. This position serves as an entry-level opportunity with potential for advancement in a healthcare technology company.

Responsibilities - Maintain an effective record-keeping system.
- Create and maintain various reports and spreadsheets.
- Prepare referrals as needed for external services.
- Manage, track, and maintain FMLA and Disability paperwork.
- Communicate with patients, providers, managers, etc.
- Handle incoming faxes and Medical record requests.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to maintain confidential information in accordance with HIPPA guidelines.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- 1+ year full-time experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
