Overview:
Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care RN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care RN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
This position would float to Specialty Departments as well:
An example schedule would be, given to change based on need:
Monday- Nephrology Clinic or Primary Care Clinic/ Family Med & OB
Tuesday - Pulmonology
Wednesday - Pain, Orthopedic Clinic, or ENT Clinic
Thursday - Primary Care Clinic/Family Med & OB
Friday - Pain Clinic
RN Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Certifications: CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Licensure: Requires current RN licensure in state of Missouri.
LPN:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensure: Active LPN licensure
