Job Duties:
- Provide trauma informed care with a focus on mental health using a holistic approach.
- Design individualized home exercise activities.
- Document patient progress and maintain clinical records promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including co-treatment opportunities.
- Opportunity to supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students.
- Maintain current licensure and certifications, including CPR and Professional Crisis Management (PCM).
- Other duties as assigned by ancillary manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children across various ages and diagnoses.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role and effectively motivate clients.
Education Requirements:
- Master's degree or greater in Occupational therapy.
- Licensed as an OTR in Colorado.
