Leads clinic clerical and clinical team in providing support for multi-specialty clinical providers. Collaborates with clinical provider team to coordinate clinical activities within the clinic. Coordinates activities with other departments as well as outside agencies to help ensure provision of quality clinical care and superior customer experience. Leads billing staff to ensure effective completion of business/billing functions. Collaborates with department director, medical directors, and other administrative staff as indicated to develop and implement the business plan, including budgeting, procurement, and reporting functions. Provides a safe environment for employees through monitoring of the working environment, compliance with applicable policies and regulations, and working with other departments/outside agencies.
