Overview:
Due to growth, Bellingham Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Bellingham, WA. Full-time, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 24 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered. A full-time Clinic Director position is available to experienced candidates.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Clinic Directors perform a mix of managerial duties and provide direct patient care.
Full-time PTs should expect to treat 40 patients per week, providing 1:1 direct patient care. No double bookings.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary begins at $75,000, with significant potential for higher earnings based on productivity. Motivated and efficient therapistsincluding new graduates without prior experience or certificationscan earn up to $10,000 or more annually through strong performance.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 7:15am - 6:00pm. Flexible scheduling is available and the work schedule will be determined later in the hiring process. No weekends. No major holidays.

Job Requirements:
• Eligible for WA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• An interest in concussion, vestibular, or oncology rehabilitation would be a plus.
• New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
• 1 year of experience full-time availability is required for the Clinic Director role.
• Full-time availability is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.
• Part-time candidates with 24 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered, Monday and Fridays are required.
