Provides professional nursing care to patients under physician direction, assisting in treatment and completing clinical paperwork. Education: High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Licensure: Current LPN license required; must meet State Board of Nursing requirements. Physical Demands: Frequent standing/walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs). Experience: Open to new or experienced LPNs. Certifications: Basic Life Support and LPN-IV Certification required within specified timeframes; additional certifications may be needed based on position.
