Who You Are:

You are a motivated, career-driven individual dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You will support our organization by handling customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring order information accuracy, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high service standards.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer service calls promptly and within set Key Performance Indicators.
  • Prepare and verify order accuracy using internal workflow systems.
  • Respond to customer service requests for new orders and modifications, relaying any changes to relevant departments.
  • Proofread orders to ensure accuracy before final confirmation.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling and production teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Address complaints regarding product or service issues and direct them to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Follow up with customers within 2 hours regarding their questions or concerns.
  • Prepare pricing quotations based on the company's price book.
  • Work closely with sales and other branches to resolve issues and enhance customer services.
  • Answer customer inquiries related to products and services.
  • Attend regular meetings for customer service and branch updates.
  • Engage in the organization's continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Ensure that warranties are correctly distributed as per requests.
Qualifications You Bring:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in order entry and data entry is preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in glass and aluminum work is desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired
  • Ability to perform calculations with discounts, fractions, percentages, areas, and volumes. Knowledge of basic algebra and geometry is essential.
  • Familiarity with standard and metric units of measurement.
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining organized, efficient, and accurate
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent listening skills and data collection abilities
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
