Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional service to law students navigating their academic and professional journeys. This role is pivotal in supporting our clients through personalized guidance, administrative assistance, and community engagement.


The ideal candidate will excel in communication, organization, and relationship-building, ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience. With a strong interest in legal education and a proactive approach to problem-solving, you will play a key role in facilitating client success and fostering a thriving community.


Client Support & Guidance:

  • Provide tailored support to students navigating their law school journey.
  • Handle client inquiries and troubleshoot issues with professionalism, providing prompt resolutions and maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Assist with email and phone communications, conducting callbacks as needed.
  • Check in with current students, evaluate progress, and provide support as required.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain records of client interactions, requests and needs in CRM.
  • Assist in scheduling consultations, exam prep. workshops, and other resources for clients.
  • Track and compile student data to support our programs and services.
  • Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate post-event communications.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor social media and online presence, responding to inquiries and engaging with our community.
  • Conduct outreach to leads, past clients, and potential new clients.

Client Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and facilitate client fulfillment, including scheduling, communication, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process

Continuous Learning:

  • Attend webinars, info sessions, and live events to assist clients and represent our company.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of client service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is preferred but not required
  • Experience with CRM or support ticketing systems
  • Adaptability, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Familiarity with law school admission requirements, bar exam process, or legal education is considered a significant advantage
  • Occasional evenings and weekend hours to accommodate client needs during peak times (i.e. bar exam cycles, law school admission deadlines)
