Starting pay: $16.00 per hour MONDAY - FRIDAY SCHEDULE (8:30AM - 5:30PM)

Starting pay
: $16.00 per hour The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Make outgoing calls to and receive incoming calls from providers for contracting and rate negotiations
- Negotiate provider rates with a high profitability for ProCare
- Revisit rates with providers as needed
- Prepare provider fee schedules for manager approval and provider signature
- Advise providers of required credentialing documentation
- Educate providers regarding ProCare's protocols and service expectations
- Accurately update and manage provider profiles in ProCare's database
- Find new providers to build out ProCare's network in needed areas
- Review existing provider rates and contracts for profitability and credentialing compliance
- Address and resolve quality issues with providers
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Internet
- Able to work independently, multi-task, and handle heavy workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized and attentive to details
- Prior negotiation experience and familiarity with Worker's Compensation and/or overall ancillary services preferred, but not required
The responsibilities of the
Provider Relations Representative include, but are not limited to, negotiating rates with providers, advising providers of required documentation, educating providers regarding ProCare's protocols and service expectations, and updating provider profiles in ProCare's database. Additional responsibilities may include resolving quality issues with providers and finding new providers in needed areas to build out ProCare's provider network.
ProCare is the largest privately held Worker's Compensation transportation and language services provider. Our Customer Service team assists our client companies in their efforts to efficiently arrange transportation to medical appointments, pharmacy stops, etc and, also provide language support in over 200 languages through both our Customer Service center and through contract interpreters.
