In response to the continued growth of our business, South Shore Marketing is looking for a Client Support Representative to serve the Miami area. The Client Support Representative works on behalf of our wireless and telecommunications sales campaign and is responsible for communicating with an external consumer base and providing customer support.


Client Support Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite assistance and sales support to potential customers on behalf of a nationally recognized wireless brand
  • Manage assigned territory properly and partner with the sales team to generate new leads
  • Conduct informative product presentations outlining the benefits of our client's wireless solutions
  • Deliver in-field services to clients including sales, promotional services, and customer service on products offered
  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Responsible for the accuracy of all paperwork for new customer accounts.
  • Work with the Senior Client Account Manager and Sales Team to effectively build client revenue and set sales goals
  • Represent South Shore Marketing in a professional and business manner

Client Support Representative Qualifications:

  • Management/customer service/sales experience is preferred
  • Able to follow directions and work as a team
  • Tech skills to include tablet navigation, spreadsheet, email and internet usage
  • Superior organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must have strong oral communication skills
  • Exceptional persuasion, customer engagement, and sales skills
