Autotrader, a Cox Automotive brand, is excited to welcome a new Client Success Manager / Sales Manager to our dynamic team. This role is open to candidates residing in the Omaha, Nebraska area.

As a Client Success Manager, your primary focus will be on growing and retaining subscription revenue for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products, while managing a diverse portfolio of franchise and large independent automotive dealers. You will be instrumental in providing innovative solutions to help dealers achieve their business goals and addressing key industry challenges. This position requires collaboration across Cox Auto sales teams to drive quality referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, retention, and referral objectives.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and forecast effectively.
  • Optimize the use of various sales enablement tools and analytics.
  • Surpass dealer expectations consistently.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers at dealer clients to enhance revenue and reduce cancellations.
  • Present a data-driven consultative approach to assess operational challenges and needs.
  • Conduct monthly ROI business reviews to reinforce value propositions with content and data.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data, including market insights, to guide dealers in informed business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within assigned accounts.
  • Support sales partners from other business units to craft tailored solutions for dealer objectives.
  • Act as a champion for dealers during the implementation and onboarding of new solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues and direct them to the appropriate contacts within the business.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6 years of experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned sales territory.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and demonstrate safe driving practices.
Preferred:
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry or advertising media.
  • Field-based work experience.
  • Strong familiarity with social media, digital advertising, and internet platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and analytical tools.

Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Compensation: Base salary ranges from $84,200.00 - $126,200.00, complemented by an annual incentive/commission target of $62,400.00.

We offer a generous vacation policy, paid holidays, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness time annually. Additional time off includes bereavement leave, voting leave, jury duty, volunteer days, military leave, and parental leave.
