The Ideal Candidate:
- Has 1+ year of customer service experience in the insurance industry, preferably within an independent agency.
- Holds a Property and Casualty license.
- Possesses a keen eye for detail and can meticulously review insurance policies and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Is capable of analyzing insurance data, spotting potential risks, and offering insightful solutions.
- Is customer-focused with excellent communication skills, addressing client concerns with empathy and expertise.

- ️ Is well-organized, with great follow-through to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Has proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Reader/Acrobat, and is comfortable learning new web-based software.
