About the Role:

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be at the heart of ensuring clients receive top-notch service and the operational side of things stays on track. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of phone calls daily with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
  • Process changes to active policies accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide 5-star customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries.
  • Maintain precise data entry in insurance quoting systems, ensuring the accuracy of all client information.
  • ️ Obtain underwriting approval by completing insurance applications and gathering required documentation.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 1+ year of customer service experience in the insurance industry, preferably within an independent agency.
  • Holds a Property and Casualty license.
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail and can meticulously review insurance policies and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Is capable of analyzing insurance data, spotting potential risks, and offering insightful solutions.
  • Is customer-focused with excellent communication skills, addressing client concerns with empathy and expertise.
  • ️ Follows processes with precision, but also looks for ways to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
  • ️ Is well-organized, with great follow-through to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Has proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Reader/Acrobat, and is comfortable learning new web-based software.
