Position: Client Success Manager
Location: US - East Coast (Remote)
Compensation: $70k-$80k + Bonus
We are partnering with a fast-growing, technology-focused events company in the financial services sector that brings together key market participants through digital and in-person conferences, networking events, and membership programs. They are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Client Success Manager to manage sponsor coordination, oversee event organization, and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders across their growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sponsor and client relationships through a consultative approach.
- Oversee the execution of finance-focused conferences and events, handling logistics, scheduling, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with sponsors to fulfill deliverables, enhance engagement, and support marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Act as the main point of contact for sponsors before, during, and after events, ensuring top-tier customer service.
- Support cross-functional initiatives with marketing, audience development, and production teams.
- Travel to events and client meetings as required (domestic and international).
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years' experience in event coordination or client success, ideally within conferences or financial services.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools and basic data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs.
- Strong relationship-building mindset with a focus on customer success.
- Collaborative, positive team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves.
- Comfortable working across time zones and occasionally traveling internationally.
