WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Client Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in generating sales for our Audio Visual systems while nurturing and expanding client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify prospects in your assigned territory and provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
  • Analyze opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, ensuring all company products and services are effectively presented and sold.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to assess customers' visual collaboration needs.
  • Draft pricing quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable.
  • Prepare contracts and pricing strategies for target accounts and submit required documentation.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
  • Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to grow the client base and meet sales quotas.
  • Engage in weekly office sales meetings to share insights and strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly gross profit quotas.
  • Create and implement targeted marketing tools such as webinars, seminars, and email campaigns to expand our customer base.
  • Build professional relationships with manufacturer sales and engineering personnel.
  • Use internal databases to manage client contact information, maintain detailed notes, and track ongoing activities.
  • Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Represent AVI-SPL at industry briefings and trade shows as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
  • Monitor non-installed product commissions weekly to ensure timely completion by month-end.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to engage positively with all levels of the organization.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A four-year degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of direct sales experience in the AV/VTC field is preferred.
