Responsibilities:- Business development through research and prospecting for all sales representatives in the region
- Qualify prospects, as set out by Radley Staffing
- Conduct regular and robust reporting of sales activity and effectiveness
- Do data analysis of inner and outer territories as required by DOS
- Research industry trends and related publications to enhance market knowledge
- Quality Control through regular client feedback surveys
- Contributes to the trade marketing strategy through co-creating planning and executing initiatives
- Support the Corporate strategy by unlocking and coordinating key client engagement opportunities
- Support the DOS by training future Sales Associates
- Support regional sales team with client engagements
- Attend social functions and industry networking events
