Client Success Manager

Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid (Onsite at client site 2 days/week or as needed)

INSPYR Solutions is looking for a motivated and highly organized critical thinker to join our Operations team as a Client Success Manager. This candidate must have outstanding verbal and written communication, be detail oriented and comfortable with taking on new challenges. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume hiring environment. This candidate will interface with consultants, internal employees, and external clients at all levels of management, including senior executives to ensure client and consultant satisfaction.

What we are looking for in a candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of IT staffing experience (sales, recruiting, candidate onboarding etc.)
  • Ability to problem solve and prioritize workload in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and has a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to motivate and coach team members to meet or exceed expectations.

  • Play an instrumental role in providing Executive Level support for a leading technology and services company.
  • Use leading edge techniques and tools to create innovative solutions to strategic challenges.
  • Liaise cross-departmentally between Sales, Delivery, Onboarding, Training, and Operations.
  • Regulate and stay up to date on all client processes, standards, and vendor systems.
  • Supports sales and delivery teams with a sense of urgency for all client and consultant care to elevate their level of productivity and delivery.?
  • Responsible for workflow management; delegates requests to partners based on volume and capacity.
  • Provides training to new and existing team members on systems and processes.
  • Coordinates Request for Proposal (RFP) with marketing and sales enablement.
  • Facilitating and managing the processing and executing of each Professional Service Agreement (PSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Serving as a liaison between INSPYR Solutions and client companies by submitting candidate resumes for consideration, scheduling interviews, and arranging travel when necessary.?
  • Entering and updating job orders, consultant, and client information into our ATS (Job Diva) in real time. Auditing VMS orders to Job Diva to ensure all order updates are captured.
  • Coordinating interviews with clients, candidates, and recruiters.?Follows up to ensure confirmation.
  • Submitting candidates in client portals/VMS.
  • Systems administration including creating user accounts in various Applicant Tracking Systems as well as password resets and reporting functions.
  • Monitoring job coddlers to ensure jobs are syncing with Job Diva.?
  • Managing client and contact records within Hub Spot.?
  • Coordinates Supplier audits.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports.
  • Book travel for consultants within client and company policy following the expense through to billing and payroll.
  • Audit and approve internal invoicing for accounts payable.
  • Coordinates networking or client events such as breakfasts, lunches, and happy hours.
  • Assists with collecting missing timesheets for the branch location.
  • Handles call overflow as needed.
  • Manages general office administration such as ordering supplies, managing office vendors, and relationship with security or building management.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.
