We are looking for a dedicated Client Success Executive to join our team and help our clients achieve their goals while maximizing the value they gain from our offerings.
As a Client Success Executive at Verticurl, you will be the primary point of contact for Marketing Operations & MarTech service delivery, working alongside a cross-functional team to ensure client satisfaction and success for both North American and global clients.
You are a technology-savvy professional with a background in marketing automation (Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle Marketing Cloud) and understand how these platforms drive data and technology marketing strategies. You will work directly with client decision-makers to gain insights into their business, KPIs, opportunities, and challenges to fully leverage their MarTech investments through the services Verticurl provides.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, meeting SLAs, and being the primary client contact for service delivery, campaign planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with project teams on roadmaps, strategies, and execution calendars.
- Support campaign planning and execution aligned with customer engagement roadmaps, including validation rules, triggers, and automated responses.
- Work closely with clients' marketing teams to provide solutions for their marketing automation platforms and manage digital delivery.
- Provide consulting, create impactful digital/email campaigns, and report on campaign success while optimizing automation platforms for better effectiveness.
- Handle business escalations and ensure proactive issue resolution.
- Manage project plans, status meetings, and updates.
- Provide campaign measurement, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
- Partner with the Customer Success Manager and Production team to identify and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of client success/service experience in Marketing Automation within a digital agency, consulting firm, or digital marketing organization.
- Strong knowledge of leading Marketing Technologies (e.g., Adobe, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Adobe Certification is a plus.
- Project management skills with a keen attention to detail and process-driven approach.
- Experience supporting global enterprise clients.
- Ability to work with remote teams in international/multi-cultural settings.
- Availability to work 2 days in the office, in San Francisco.
