We are looking for a dedicated Client Success Executive to join our team and support the LinkedIn account to achieve their goals while maximizing the value they gain from our offerings.
As a Client Success Executive at Verticurl, you will support campaign operations and execution for a global client. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution-working closely with marketers, production teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality digital campaigns on time.
You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end workflow of email and landing page campaigns, ensuring all tasks are properly scoped, tracked, and executed. This includes defining production capacity, managing timelines in Wrike, reviewing final assets, coordinating with Production, and tracking performance post-launch. While familiarity with marketing automation platforms is important, this role is not focused on hands-on platform execution, but rather on guiding execution and maintaining operational excellence. Strong candidates will bring experience in digital marketing or marketing operations, comfort managing complex timelines, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, meeting SLAs, and being the primary client contact for service delivery, campaign planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with project teams on roadmaps, strategies, and execution calendars.
- Support campaign planning and execution aligned with customer engagement roadmaps, including validation rules, triggers, and automated responses.
- Work closely with clients' marketing teams to provide solutions for their marketing automation platforms and manage digital delivery.
- Provide consulting, create impactful digital/email campaigns, and report on campaign success while optimizing automation platforms for better effectiveness.
- Handle business escalations and ensure proactive issue resolution.
- Manage project plans, status meetings, and updates.
- Provide campaign measurement, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
- Partner with the Customer Success Manager and Production team to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with the client to define quarterly campaign production capacity based on marketing priorities and timelines.
- Manage campaign execution workflows, including creating tasks and deadlines in Wrike and ensuring complete and accurate setup in both Wrike and Campaign Central.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for marketers on the client side to project manage the production and deployment of email campaigns and landing pages.
- Review final creative assets and execution requirements, providing greenlight for production.
- Coordinate with the Production team to ensure timely, high-quality builds for email and landing page assets.
- Ensure all campaign deployment requirements are met and ready by deadline.
- Monitor live deployments for health, including delivery and engagement metrics in the first days post-launch. Report status and success to relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively flag issues, incidents, or changes in scope to internal logs and client stakeholders.
- Support reporting and performance tracking by populating dashboards or data in spreadsheets and presentation decks.
- Share performance trends and flag any metrics that are significantly above or below baseline expectations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of client success/service experience in Marketing Automation within a digital agency, consulting firm, or digital marketing organization.
- Strong knowledge of leading Marketing Technologies (e.g., Adobe, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Adobe Certification is a plus.
- Project management skills with a keen attention to detail and process-driven approach.
- Experience supporting global enterprise clients.
- Ability to work with remote teams in international/multi-cultural settings.
- Availability to work 2 days in the office, in San Francisco.
