Job Summary:
As a Client Success Coordinator you will be an integral part of our operations team with the primary responsibility of supporting our client initiatives. You will work alongside our sales and service teams to ensure client priorities are being met. You will direct client communications, schedule and attend client meetings, create proposals, generate vendor quotes, collect client documentation and generate customized reporting ahead of client review meetings.
Successful candidates for the Client Success Coordinator role must have experience in supporting internal employees as well as customers in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with customers, partners, and vendors and will be required to maintain strong working relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sales team to build quotes and proposals for our clients.
- Act as the go-to person for time-sensitive orders, keeping clients, and Operations in sync.
- Manage client renewals, including reconciliation of licensing, to ensure proper billing.
- Maintain quoting templates, assisting Sales with product research.
- Work with vendors to secure the best pricing, register deals, and integrate new offerings.
- Lead the creation of client reporting, both internal and customer-facing, including key performance indicators, hardware/software, and other insights to enhance customer reviews and ensure performance goals are being met.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service / support is provided and that issues are quickly resolved.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide regular customer communications and updates.
- Host meetings and group activities, both virtual and in-person, demonstrating the ability to foster, listen, solicit questions, and ultimately drive cross-functional objectives for an effective meeting.
- Adhere to all Policy/Procedures consistent with Advanticom's System of Management, Information Security ISO 27001 standards.
- Participate in the development and improvement of all department related policies and procedures to increase their effectiveness especially in Information Security.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Education and Certificates:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ITIL certification (nice to have)
Knowledge and Expertise:
- 3-5 years of experience in service, sales and/or operations support role.
- Experience with CRM/quoting tools. (ConnectWise and Quoter nice to have)
- Experience in interacting with customers, senior level personnel, and team members.
- IT/technology industry experience. (nice to have)

- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- The position will start off as onsite in the office 5 days per week and will transition to hybrid after training is completed.
- Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. A valid driver's license is required.
