Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and handling guest complaints with professionalism.

• Stay up to date on property availability, policies, and local attractions by regularly meeting with the team.

• Ensure guest and homeowner account information is accurately recorded and maintained.

• Respond to incoming calls and messages regarding reservations, property details, amenities, and general inquiries.

• Utilize company guidelines and scripts to navigate challenging customer situations, escalating issues to a supervisor when necessary.

• Gather and relay guest feedback to improve the overall experience and enhance company services.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and build rapport with guests and homeowners.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, or a related industry preferred).

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business administration is a plus.

• Proficiency in using booking platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar tools).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to guest service and issue resolution.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed in a hospitality-driven industry.
