As a Client Solutions Manager (CSM), you'll serve as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring their technology staffing/consulting needs are met with precision and speed. You will build and grow relationships with hiring managers, understand their business challenges, and deliver talent solutions that align with their goals. This role combines relationship management, business development, and recruiting strategy in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Understand clients' business, technical environments, and hiring needs.

Consultative Selling

  • Partner with clients to define job requirements, skill gaps, and workforce planning.
  • Propose tailored staffing solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire.
  • Present qualified candidates and advise on hiring decisions.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with internal recruiters and account managers to ensure alignment on client expectations.
  • Provide feedback to recruiting teams to refine candidate sourcing strategies.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay up-to-date on technology trends, salaries, and workforce developments.
  • Share insights with clients to guide hiring decisions and build trust.

Sales Growth

  • Expand business within existing accounts through relationship building and delivery excellence.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with new clients through referrals, networking, and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in staffing, sales, or technology services
  • Proven success in account management or client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of the IT job market, technologies, and roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for helping companies and candidates succeed.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
