Amwins is seeking unique and collaborative individuals to join our lively Client Services Admitted Customer Service Team. These individuals will be given the opportunity to learn and develop various skills that will assist the Amwins Client Services Team throughout the fast-paced Cancellations process.

The Admitted Customer Service Representative (CSR) assists retail agents with coverage questions, loss recommendations, billing issues, status questions, cancellations, reinstatements, MyAgency portal assistance, policy documentation. The CSR responds to customer inquiries and offers solutions to any customer challenges or concerns in a fast-paced environment.

As a valued team member with our firm, you will help to develop new and imaginative processes and procedures while performing in this role. This position requires on the job training that will provide a collaborative and exciting team focused environment. Maintaining a professional environment is important, even in a remote setting. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Clearly communicate with retailers and provide exceptional service in a call center environment
  • Facilitate loss recommendations, cancellations, and reinstatements
  • Develop working knowledge of multiple market websites, coverage(s), billing systems, cancellation and reinstatement procedures and carrier underwriter relationship guidelines
  • Review and follow procedures and standards established internally and by markets
  • Navigate and follow Template communications
  • Resolve retailer problems and answer inquiries with a sense of urgency
  • Promote teamwork and efficiencies within the department by supporting other team members when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

We are looking for people with:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years insurance experience or B.A. in Insurance or Risk Management is preferred
  • Full understanding and application of concepts, practices and procedures related to insurance
  • Strong written/verbal communication and math skills
