We are hiring a full-time Client Services Representative to join our client's Support & Inside Sales team in Portland, Maine. In this high-impact role, you'll be the trusted connection between internal teams and external clients. About the Role
As a Client Services Representative, you'll support both internal and external clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of service. You'll manage incoming inquiries, generate and manage quotes, track key data, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Your efforts will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence-with a focus on supporting clients across a range of industries and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client communications via Salesforce Service Cloud and telephone
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure timely, accurate information is provided
- Create, manage, and track service quotes, proposals, and program documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Operations, and IT to address client needs
- Maintain detailed records and enter data into CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal platforms
- Analyze client behavior and support trends to recommend improvements in content, processes, or pricing
- Support onboarding and long-term relationship management with clients throughout the Americas, Asia, and Oceania
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Support, Customer Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and professionally
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Service Cloud, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, and/or CoPilot
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
