We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Client and Operations Support Specialist to assist multiple Investment Management, Banking, and Loan Operations teams throughout the lifecycle of an account. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic financial services team while developing expertise in account management, securities processing, tax, loan origination, reconciliations, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems.
- Manage critical documents, including scanning, filing, and vault maintenance.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including checks, proxies, loan documentation, statements, and client communications.
- Provide support for various operational projects and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with banking and investment management procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of data entry experience in banking or financial services with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to process critical financial data accurately.
- Strong client service skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work on-site in Pittsburgh 5 days a week.
