They pride on delivering exceptional customer support and fostering a collaborative environment. They are now looking for a Client Services Representative who is integral in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting internal and external client inquiries. Salary/Hourly Rate: $25/hr Position Overview: The Client Services Representative will serve as the main point of contact for internal and external clients, including RJ branch associates, Financial Advisors, and their clients. The role involves handling basic client inquiries and providing excellent customer service. The Client Services Representative also manages client access websites, ensuring clients can access their accounts and perform online transactions. Responsibilities of the Client Services Representative:
  • Answer inbound calls from clients, providing top-tier customer service.
  • Resolve general inquiries such as username/password resets, address/phone number updates, etc.
  • Document call activity using Raymond James' proprietary system.
  • Handle up to 50-60 calls per day (up to 80 calls during peak periods like tax season).
  • Follow departmental guidelines and ensure call quality and compliance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face contact.
  • Collaborate with appropriate departments to resolve issues and provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Experience/Skills for the Client Services Representative:
  • 2 - 3 years of recent customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Ability to type and be on the phone simultaneously.
  • Experience using dual monitors and navigating through multiple systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel.
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with clear and concise communication.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Client Services Representative:
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
Education Requirements:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
