Job Position: Client Services Representative
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (Availability to be on call one weekend a month)
Wage: $49,000 yearly (salary + commission role)
Location: Lincolnwood, IL
Job Summary As one of our FFT Client Services Representatives, you will be part of the Workspace Solutions team, assisting with answering phones, entering in orders, building out proposals, working with clients through order and follow-up, and managing operational pieces of the department.
The ideal candidate is someone organized, resourceful, focused on building client relations, and good at proactively managing tasks and initiatives.
Responsibilities • Supporting the Director of Workspace Solutions and Sales Consultants with specific systems designed to support the effortless execution of all orders. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls, and fielding all inquiries
- Order entry
- Confirmation and follow up emails and calls
- Communication with operational staff on execution of orders
- Daily production meeting
- Accounts receivable
- Developing referral/repeat business based on inquiries
- Taking on orders from sales consultants with key clients
• Participating in weekly sales meetings, and other meetings as determined by the Director or Sales Consultants.
• Aiding Director in developing specific operational systems.
• Participating in regular training sessions, skill development and goal setting.
• Contributing to the financial success of the company through accountability to established profit margins on items sold.
• Demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety by adhering to general safety rules, always thinking of safety as the jobs are performed, reporting any safety related concerns, suggestions or injuries immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications • Ability to learn catering specific software which tracks and monitors sales and client information, develops contracts, initiates personal and equipment requests, and produces final bills and financial reports (CaterXpert a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to thrive and remain even-tempered when faced with a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with a customer relationship management (CRM) system is a plus.
• Excellent communication, people and networking skills.
• Team player, ready and willing to assist in departmental projects and emergencies.
