The responsibilities of a Client Services Representative include (but are not limited to):

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and potential clients.
  • Managing customer accounts, including closing sales, addressing billing inquiries and escalating concerns.
  • Providing in-store sales support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional Frontier services to customers based on their preference.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolved issues.
  • Undergoing training to enhance product knowledge and people skills.
