SUMMARY:


You will directly assist the VP, Mktg in signing on all new business.


Together, you will originate and execute contracts for all business units - Interiors, Branding, and Event Design - following a thorough vetting process including project and client intake, contract negotiation, scoping and creation. You will lead all contract, business, and billing correspondence with clients and internal and external stakeholders, cultivating relationships with internal teams, external partners, and other vital stakeholders from initial project and client intake through contracted project milestones. You will own and maintain CRM, contract records, communication and documentation. You will play a key role in this world of "magic makers" as a representative of the Ken Fulk brand, you are an integral part in choreographing memorable lives and experiences for prized clients.

THE ROLE


  • Support VP, Brand, Marketing in high level client communication and sales with new and existing clients. Manage communication, presentation and intake from initial meeting stages through the management of on-going client relationships.
  • Initiate and execute contracts. Ensure contract specifications are in accordance with business and legal requirements. This will include management current contracts and addendums.
  • Partner with Operations Manager to set up new projects, track against contract milestones and maintain contract parameters across all systems. Together, you will maintain internal tracking docs from kick-off through project closing, flagging additional scope and services along the way.
  • Lead project kick-offs and closings: present client and project materials and introduce project framework and goals to the team at the onset and leading a project's formal closing and introducing terms of a maintenance contract.
  • Partner with AP in leading all contract billing correspondence with all client stakeholders.
  • Partner with AP and assist leadership in forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Lead and maintain CRM initiative.

THE REQUIREMENTS


  • 5+ years in related role. Industry experience preferred: Interior Design, Architecture, Construction or Real Estate Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Experience with contracts is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, finance basics.
  • Strong knowledge of project accounting.
  • Ability to handle quick deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Project Management Software a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Studio Designer a plus.
